The space This loft is located on the first floor and has a private door, with convenient, safe and free parking right outside the door or nearby. Easily check yourself in with a smart lock.. The loft is adorned with eclectic decor and provides thoughtful amenities to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Winter Temp info- When the radiant heat comes on 2-3 times a day this unit can get toasty. Please expect to run the ac, or crack a window. In the winter this is more suitable for people who like it warm indoors. There are two sleeping areas: Main floor: • King bed with pillow-top, high-quality mattress • Comfy pillows • Cotton sheets and cotton blanket • Sound machine • Black-out curtains for restful sleep Upstairs: •The area is 4’5 in height and is accessed by a ladder • Comfy memory foam mattress • Cotton sheets, velvet blanket Living room: • 55” 4k smart tv with Netflix, Amazon prime, etc • Dresser, luggage and clothing rack for clothing storage Kitchen: • Fully equipped for cooking and baking • Coffee, tea, drip coffee maker, French press • Microwave • Salt, pepper, other spices Bathroom: • stand-up shower, essential oil diffuser, blow dryer, iron and ironing board Baby items provided by request: •High chair, pack and play, toys, stroller I encourage you to read the NEIGHBORHOOD section below and ask questions to ensure my place is a good fit for you! The temperature regulation requires some extra care in this unit. Please expect to have to crack a window and possibly run the fan or a/c. I advise for future guests to consider this when booking. Noise travels easily. There might be noise from the neighbors if they're talking loud. The neighbors on one side and above are very quiet, and the loft on the other side is my other Airbnb so noise level from there will vary. Some people who are lighter sleepers may be bothered by building noises (radiator pipes, etc). I provide a sound machine to drown out noise.
