Apartment 65 m*two rooms,one bedroom ,one living room with two sofa beds- double and single,two balconies,bathroom, corridor, fully furnished,modern and comfortable. In the building there is a beautiful forest, very pure air and wonderful silence. Super comfortable for families with children. Nearby there is a sanatorium that offered mineral pools. Tax for pets 10 lev for day,little pets only! Important-Between end of August 2024 and August 2025 will be noise from-near building! The space Next to the building runs an Eco trail leading to some of themostbeautiful localities of Velingrad. In the period August 2024-August 2025 noise is expected because of the construction near the apartment! 14 h- 16 h period of mandatory silence! Sunday NO noise! Every day from Monday to Saturday the construction is active from 8.30-14.00 and 16.00-18.00.We apologize for the inconvenience! Other things to note Probably will be noise from the near building work! 8.30am-2 pm and 4 pm-6 pm
