The property is located in the Candolim/Calangute area in a gated complex which houses 7 villas and 8 row houses with 24 hours security with CCTV surveillance, 24 hours water supply, power back up for the individual units as well the common areas thus ensuring 24 hours electricity, a large common swimming pool and lush landscaping. The Candolim beach is a 5 mins walk from the property. We also provide FREE WIFI. The space Dear Guests, Please Note, Construction work is currently ongoing at the property in few of the row houses and villa's, which may cause some disturbances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time. Thank you for your understanding. Key features of the Units: • The Villa is located in a gated complex which has a 24 hours Security service and CCTV cameras all around the property. • The complex has a common swimming pool and the timings to use the pool are between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note a proper swim wear is a must, no cotton clothes are allowed. Music is NOT allowed by the Poolside. • 24 hours water supply and Free WIFI is available • The property is self-catering. We do not provide room service as we are not a hotel but a holiday home. • There is a Genset and a UPS power back for power cuts which are not uncommon in Goa. This covers only lights, fans, TV etc. • There is a free parking space for 1 vehicle only inside the premises. • The Villa is fully equipped with everything one would require in a home, including ACs in the living area as well as in each and every bedroom and well-appointed furniture. • The Villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a fourth bathroom on the ground floor. • There is a fully equipped kitchen which comes with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Induction, Cooking utensils such as tawa, kadai, saucepan etc and a proper set of cutlery and crockery. • There is a SMART TV and a Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board in the Villa, Hairdryer provided on request. • Breakfast and other meals are not provided, although we provide you with an equipped kitchen wherein only daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest. Or else there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minutes’ walk from the property or else food can be ordered from the nearby places. • Complimentary soap, shampoo and toothpaste are provided on arrival only. • We have a Property Manager on site that is available between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and available on call 24/7. The Manager can also arrange for airport transfers and car/bike rentals if required at a nominal charge. Guest access - The entire Villa - The entire outdoor area - Common Swimming pool - FREE WIFI which is available in the entire property - One secured parking spot in the premises Other things to note Linen and towels are changed every 3 days for stays more than 3 days. For Long stays that are over a month or more, Cleaning will be done once every alternate day and Linen change will be done twice a week. As a guest you will have to do your own laundry. Housekeeping services will be provided every alternate day. Hair dryer can be provided on request. We do not provide Breakfast and other meals but there is a fully equipped kitchen where the guest can prepare anything they want, only the daily consumables will have to be bought by them from any nearby grocery store. We have kept Menu Cards of restaurants in the Apartment which deliver food at reasonable price. Please note that our property is not a Resort/Hotel, it is a holiday home, we do not provide room service. We expect the guest to respect the other guest staying at the property, so No loud music after 8:00 PM. Highly suitable for families/couples/friends only. Stags not allowed. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR. 10,000/- WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED IN CASH AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE GUEST ON CHECK OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE. This term is not negotiable. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME, NOT A HOTEL. WE REQUEST YOU TO TREAT THE SPACE WITH THE SAME CARE YOU WOULD IN YOUR OWN HOME. ANY EXCESSIVE MESS, ESPECIALLY INVOLVING FOOD AND DIRTY ITEMS, THAT CAUSES DAMAGE, OR SIGNIFICANT MESS WILL RESULT IN A CLEANING CHARGE OF INR 3,000 AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT. WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION IN KEEPING THE HOME CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED.
