Feniks Windowseat is a comfortable and spacious studio, from which you can see the everyday life of Krakow up close. Decorated in elegant shades of gold, beige and grey, it is an excellent base for exploring the city and its surroundings. The space The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a tenement house. In the living area there is a double bed 160 x 200 cm, as well as a sofa bed for 1 person. The room also has a Smart TV and a desk. In the bathroom with a shower, our guests will also find a hairdryer, and in the kitchenette, pots, tableware, cutlery, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt are also available. We provide high quality bed linen and towels. The Feniks tenement house, in which the apartment is located, was built in 1932. There are 2 elevators in the building, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Square. You can get here on foot, within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main railway station is a 15-minute walk away. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with permission. We have one paid parking space available for our guests, reservation is required. Other things to note - We ask all guests to confirm their arrival time with the front desk, - The building is located in the city center, where traffic and traffic can be heard, - we do not have luggage storage in this building. Before check-in and after checkout, you can store your bags at our reception at ul. St. John 2, - please note that check-in is done on your own. All necessary data to enter the apartment will be sent on the day of your arrival, - hosting any parties (especially stag/hen parties) in the apartment or in the building is prohibited, there is absolutely no smoking and no pets. - breakfast in the form of a voucher to be used in a nearby café at the price of 60 PLN.
