Or at least we don’t think so. Newest to the home includes a lower level walk out bunk bed room, a second living space with all the fixings like a 65" Smart TV and pull out sectional & second bathroom with 5-foot walk in shower and double vanity. All the while mom & dad cheerfully take care of laundry using top end Samsung washer and dryer appliances. PLEASE BRING ALL ITEMS BACK FROM NEIGHBORHOOD BEACH & REMAIN IN AREA IN FRONT OF CONCRETE PAD WHEN ENJOYING THE SANDY BEACH. SWIMMING IN POOL, SPA & LAKE, KAYAKS & BUNKBEDS AT OWN RISK. Guest access NEIGHBORHOOD PRIVATE BEACH RAN BY HOA -swim at your own risk -exercise caution when getting down to the sand as the lake can change the topography abruptly. -beach area is directly in front of the concrete pad. -do not leave items down at the beach, always return to home. Please exercise caution when accessing the beach during that time.
