A luxury 2 bedroom cottage at Blue Water Acres resort on Lake of Bays with many amenities. For the lover of outdoors, the cottage is close to Algonquin Park, while ski lovers are less than 10 minutes from Hidden Valley ski resort. The cottage includes a king bed in the master and a double/bunk bed in the second bedroom. Two full washrooms with heated flooring and also has parking for up to 3 cars on its own driveway. Kayaks and paddle boats are provided free of charge to use. There's also an outdoor kids playground, soccer field and tennis courts. Winter offers a skating rink, snow tubing hill, snowshoeing, playground and activities center. Additionally, guest are welcome to use the indoor pool and hot tub, which is open year round. All year, outdoor lovers have private hiking trails. Just remember to rent some snow shoes at the resort office during the winter if your don't have your own :). Guest access Essentials: Toiletries, blankets, pillows, fireplace, safe and washer/dryer. Entertainment in cottage: Gas/Propane BBQ, Glass Railing Deck (facing lake) with Muskoka Chairs, Satellite TV, DVDs and board games (rented from resort office) and WiFi (see resort office for password) Entertainment on cottage property: Outdoor Fire Pit (free firewood provided), Private Boat Dock (for your own boat), Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Life Jackets, Sandy Beach, Beach Chairs with Umbrellas and a Floating Kids Water Slide. Entertainment in Common Games Room: Billiards, Ping-Pong and Bocce. Entertainment in Pool House: Indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna. Towels are provided for your use as well.
