Welcome to my gorgeous, large, light Art Deco Apartment in stunning Manly. It feels like a house because it takes up the whole floor and has a shared garden. Glimpse the ocean through the trees. 5-minute walk to famous Manly Beach and 3 minutes to stunning Sydney Harbour and Manly Ferries. All rooms have access to AIR-CON. The kitchen and reception rooms have been recently renovated and the whole place freshly painted. Stunning native birds visit shared yard. Super fast internet and smart TV. The space The apartment is bathed in light and has really high 12 ft ceilings! Can you see the Griffins holding the Holy Grail in the ceiling roses in the lounge room? This Art Deco darling is full of magic and the history of a bygone era and yet is fresh and modern. It is a huge at 135 sq metres. Both bedrooms are large double rooms. There is a well stocked kitchen, with a laundry and dryer in the bathroom. Please remember this is our home and not a commercial Airbnb so there are more personal items but this is reflected in the price savings to you. Please note the backyard is shared with another unit but they very rarely use it. A huge number of friendly, colourful birds visit the backyard. We are about to renovate the bathrooms. They are clean and one has a very large double bath, ready for a romantic evening with a partner or a relaxing night with a good book! Guest access You will have access to everywhere except areas we use as storage. These are the office, pantry and some cupboards in the second bedroom. Other things to note We live on a hill so if you walk to Manly you will go down and coming home go up a hill. However, it’s great exercise and only a 5 minute walk. There are a number of stairs up to the front door and no lift. There are only 5 steps up to the back door which can be accessed via a gate at the front or via the lane you can access beside 2 Camera Street, Manly. There are 270 cafes and restaurants in the Manly area many are world class so you will be spoilt for choice for dinner and lunch with cuisine from around the world.
