A modern detached house set in Boubers Les Hesmond, the smallest village in the Seven Valleys region of Pas de Calais. The price is fully inclusive of towels, bedding and electricity. Whilst only being 40 minutes from Le Touquet and many other beaches. A mere 20 minutes from the walled city of Montreuil and 50 minutes from St Omer. Ideal for families of all ages. Always decorated for Christmas, Easter etc. Discounts available for low occupancy. The space The house has 4 bedrooms. There are two twin rooms downstairs and a downstairs shower room, making it ideal for those who may struggle with stairs. Upstairs there is a double and a king size bedroom and bathroom. The lounge has a television with free to view English channels, French satellite tv and a DVD player. There is also a selection of DVD’s. The kitchen is well equipped with numerous utensils, an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The shower room downstairs has a washing machine. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning products are provided, also tea towels, dishcloths and washing up liquid. Outside, the house is on a plot of a third of an acre, with gates that can be shut. There is a cabin in the garden for guests to enjoy. There is a play area for small children or somewhere to chill out for the adults or older children. Also a playhouse for small children. It is a safe environment for small children. We have a 14ft trampoline, that you may use. But you do so at your own risk. Guest access You can arrive after 3pm, but before 9pm and should leave no later than 11am on the day of departure. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental cost. Discounts are available for low occupancy. For those with babies or small children, there is a travel cot and high chair. Cot bedding is also included. There are also bath toys. There is a hairdryer upstairs and one downstairs. I have a number of board games that you are welcome to use during your stay, I just ask that you look after them and put them away safely. There are also various books for you to read. Also a large amount of toys for children. Primarily the house is my second home, you are welcome to use the whole house and garden, I just request that you look after it.
