Charming attic apartment overlooking the Tauber Valley

I rent out a bright attic apartment including parking space in my single-family home in Markelsheim (wine village). A bakery as well as butcher and pharmacy in the town center are within walking distance. The apartment of about 65 m² has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a daylight bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a large hallway with a sunny dining area and a spacious living room with an open kitchenette and balcony. On site, there is an additional tourist tax of €1.90 per day per person. The space The apartment is flooded with light, the location very quiet. E-bikes, for example, can be parked in a lockable garage. Guest access There is a car parking space and a lockable room for bicycles at the house. Other things to note If necessary, a travel bed for children as well as a folding bed/extra bed are available, a bit of children's toys and picture books. Opposite the house is a beautiful large children's playground with old trees.
