Fresh large villa by the sea in Åsa

My place is close to the beach. With a large garden and spacious indoor areas, it is suitable for families with children or those who just want plenty of space. The house is 150 sqm + 20 sqm guest room/yoga room in building next to the big house. In the garden, there is a trampoline, terrace and berry bushes. You'll love my place because of the location, the spacious areas, and the tranquility. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space The house is well-planned on two floors, with sauna and bathroom as well as three bedrooms on floor 2, as well as 1 bedroom, newly-renovated kitchen, living room and bathroom on floor 1. From the lower floor, you can walk directly out onto the spacious and newly-built terrace (not visible in the picture) with glass railings around it. There is also the wood-fired hot tub, which is of course free to use. In the garden, there is a large orangery/greenhouse with a large dining area and pizza oven, for magical evenings a'la italiano! In the garage, we have built an extra room that serves as a yoga room and office or guest room. A sofa bed is available here and waking up in this room is something extra, thanks to the nice view. Guest access You have access to the entire house and are here for yourselves during your stay. Other things to note When you live in our house, you also take care of our two cats. But we promise, they take care of themselves 99% of the time! All they require is a refill of food and water every day, they come and go through the cat flap. They are ordinary house cats and very kind and quite curious about people.
