Rental of a comfortable 12.4 m sailboat moored in a very pleasant seaside resort offering sea sailing with skipper. Sailing can only be done in favorable weather conditions. The space The boat is perfect for up to 4 people. When sailing, a cabin is reserved for the skipper. It is equipped with all safety and navigation equipment. Ideally located in the heart of the resort on the main dock, the boat is close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the market. Private parking is reserved for boaters. The outdoor lounge (cockpit) allows you to sunbathe, enjoy your breakfast and meals. A folding bimini and hood provide protection from the sun or bad weather. The indoor living room (square) includes: - A fully equipped kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, induction hob or 2 burners and a gas oven, a 2-bowl sink and all accessories and utensils. - A dining-living area consisting of a large table and comfortable benches. - A card table to hold your laptop. The boat is equipped with a hi-fi radio, a flat screen TV with LED technology. Two spacious double sleeping cabins in the back. A shower cabin at the rear equipped with a marine toilet, sink and shower. A spacious double sleeping owner's cabin at the front including its private shower cabin equipped with a marine toilet, sink and shower. The boat is equipped with many portholes ensuring great brightness and good ventilation. The kitchen, shower cabins, outdoor and indoor showers operate with hot and cold water under pressure. An electronic pass allows access to the parking lot and the toilets reserved for boaters. The boat is spacious and comfortable, however you will hardly be able to store suitcases. Equip yourself with soft travel bags that are easier to store in the trunks at your disposal or in your vehicle. Regulations: respect for the boat. No smoking inside (allowed in the outside cockpit). Pets not allowed (allergy). Guest access Private parking is reserved for boaters. Other things to note The port offers modern, very spacious and well-maintained toilets near the boat accessible with a pass (see photo).
