New B&B nestled in granit/limestone hillside is few steps away from idyllic Baroque Town Historic Center&ST.George C. For its unique location & 2 panoramic terraces overlooking a natural oasis of Iblei Mts.&S. Leonardo Valley,the house scored 9.7/10. The space B&B VISTA IBLEA is a 2-story house,in which both floors have a terrace with an East to West Panorama. This unit has its own private large veranda, with the newest addition of a large Kitchen/Solarium, finished on July 16/2016. During fair weather we serve a rich homemade breakfast on the terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, in the upper floor, otherwise in the nice shared indoor breakfast area. Or you can choose to have your own breakfast in your newest private kitchen! Vista Iblea is suited to accomodate everybody, even people w/special needs, since we have 2 units on ground floor w/easy access to whealchairs & strollers ( the other Special Needs Unit " Baroque Suite w/loft", listed separately, has also a bath for special needs persons ). We're trying to create an environment where you can fully immerse yourself and "really live like a local"! Guest access On their private veranda, our guests can relax in the shade, under the porch or the umbrella, on a swing bed or on a sofa set, or using tables and chairs placed in the veranda or inside the kitchen/solarium area. There is a guest password to access free internet ( vistaiblea123). The hot water is always ON and will be ready in a few seconds. In case of an electricity stop for any reason, all you have to do is to click the ON botton, next to tv in main hall, to restart the hot water system. During your stay We are very sociable and we'll be happy to help you, any way we can, for your comfortable stay. Next to us there are many restaurants, with excellent food&wine products to enjoy! And some of them are even recognized in the List of " Gambero Rosso" and "Michelin Guide" for the best restaurants in Italy! Not to talk about bars, shops and home-made ice-cream shops, and, most important our UNESCO World Heritage Monuments, mostly located just a few steps away from VISTA IBLEA. Other things to note Breakfast is included. We offer only genuine local food as fresh and D.O.P. cheeses, cold cuts, sweets and cookies, freshly made cakes and bread, cereals etc. Let us also know if you have any food's intollerance and we'll try to find alternative solutions for you. Inform us If you have small children who need a crib. Please, request all the above by mail at time of booking confirmation. For weekly renters, breakfast is still included. Cleaning will be done every other day, instead of every day. For monthly renters, breakfast and dayly cleaning are not included, unless otherwise established. We still clean once/ week. At the end of the stay, there will be a final cleaning fee of $ 50.00.
