Check-in is 2 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m. After 7 p.m. supplement of €30 in cash. The space Sublime 50 m2 duplex on Rue Daguerre, this apartment is beautiful, quiet, pleasant and very well located. It's like a small house with atypical volumes, which is on two floors with an attic bedroom and rooftop views at the top. It consists of a large living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (new Muji brand, very comfortable), a dining room overlooking a new and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and upstairs a bedroom under the roofs with a king-size double bed (and possibility to add a baby bed and/or single bed) with a quiet office space and a refurbished bathroom with bathtub and view of the rooftops of Paris and the Montparnasse Tower. The floor is attic. This apartment is ideal for a couple with children or baby or for a family or even for a romantic stay for two. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and a child. There is a single bed and baby bed if needed. Check-in between 2pm and 7pm (€30 supplement to be paid directly if late check-in)/check-out at 10am. Please note that there is no possibility to use the washing machine but a laundromat 500 m away if needed. Your arrival time must be communicated in advance before making an appointment between 2pm and 7pm. Checkout is at 10 a.m. Guest access You will have the apartment to yourself, a large living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room, a bedroom upstairs and a bathroom upstairs. I'm closing a room that you don't have access to as well as some closets that are filled with my personal belongings. This is our house where we usually live, so it is fully equipped, you will not miss anything, but the greatest respect will be required.
