The space Al Pozzo di Luce is an intimate and refined B&B located a few steps from the Fondamente Nove, one of the most characteristic and authentic neighborhoods of Venice. Recently undergoing careful restoration work, the house has been transformed into a modern and welcoming place, functional and sober, with all the comforts a traveler could wish for. Restored with passion and enthusiasm, respecting its original structure, Al Pozzo di Luce combines elements of Venetian tradition and modernity, hosting recovered objects that find new life within it, and others specially created by Venetian artists. A large dormer window and its light, trusses, exposed beams, wrought iron, an oeil de boeuf, exposed bricks, and Venetian marble characterize the central room onto which the bedrooms overlook. The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, fridge bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. Al Pozzo di Luce is the ideal place for a romantic, leisure or business trip. Located in a quiet and strategic location, a short walk from what was Titian's atelier, it allows you to quickly reach the station or airport. With a walk of only 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of Piazza San Marco or on the Rialto bridge, while the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the Lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello). The owners will be happy to welcome guests and provide them with all the necessary advice to make their stay in Venice a valuable one. Upon arrival, a map of the area surrounding the B&B will be provided, where the main points of interest are indicated: places to visit, shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants where you can enjoy the exquisite Venetian cuisine. Guest access Guests have access to their own bedroom, with a private bathroom. Breakfast is served in a common room. Use of the kitchen for preparing meals is not allowed. During your stay The owners are at the guests' complete disposal for any type of request or information, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Other things to note Upon arrival, cash payment of the accommodation tax of €3/person/night is required.
