This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Vintage bowling alley, coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a very newly renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel.
