Cosy house in Copenhagen

Nice and charming familiy house with lots of atmosphere. It's more than a 100 years old, but fully renovated in 2011. There's plenty of room for up to 6 people - close to the city as well as green areas. The space The house contains an open living/kitchen-dining room with oven, microwave, induction, fridge, dining table with two children's chairs (from 3y and up), sofa and flat-screen TV. On the 1st floor there is a small children's room (locked during rental), 1 youth room (with three-quarter bed), bedroom with large double bed and bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor there is a junior room with a three-quarter bed (there are steep stairs up here). In addition to the entrance hall, living room and kitchen, the ground floor also contains a small toilet. Washingmachine and tumbledryer in the basement. There is a cozy little front garden and an enclosed green back garden with barbecue, wooden terrace, garden furniture etc. The house is on a quiet tree-lined avenue, within walking distance of the beautiful area of Utterslev Mose and Bispebjerg Kirkegård. Other things to note It is also close to the center of Copenhagen, approx. 15 minutes. from the center by public transport or car. Bellahøj Svømmestadion with both indoor and outdoor pools are 750 meters away. Nice beaches are 10 minutes by car.
