"Le Clos de l'Arc" cottage, the Mandarin

It is on the 1st floor of the building, with its private terrace of 16 m², its direct access to the common courtyard where the swimming pool is located, between conviviality and preserved privacy, that the mandarin displays the colors of the citrus fruit of which it bears the name. It can be rented for up to 6 people in low season, and 4 people in June/July/August. It is one of 4 cottages in our large house with shared pool located in Vallon Pont d'Arc, close to all amenities and activities. The space The Mandarine, with a surface area of 42 m², is fully equipped, and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm, the other with a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm)), a living room with kitchenette and seating area with sofa bed (type BZ in 140 x 200 cm), a terrace of 16 m², a bathroom, and separate toilet. Equipment: Kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. Wi-Fi access, barbecue, garden furniture. Please note that bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are not provided. They can be rented on request, if you wish (to be booked 48 hours in advance please, sheets €15/double bed, €12/single bed, towel kit €8). Guest access A common courtyard with swimming pool is available to all residents (open from May to mid-September). A parking lot of 225 spaces 50 m from our buildings, with free access from 7:30 p.m. to 10 a.m. between Easter and All Saints' Day and a second possibility of free parking 300 m away. Other things to note We are located in the heart of Vallon Pont d'Arc, you can walk to all kinds of activities, you will be two minutes from the pedestrian center, its many restaurants and many shops, close to amenities (supermarket, tourist office, food shops, free shuttles to the Gorges de l'Ardèche (July August), the Caverne Pont d'Arc...).
