Coogee Beach House is contemporary residence in a very quiet, tree lined no through street. It is an 8 min walk to Coogee Beach or Gordon's Bay. Clovelly Beach is about a 15 min walk away and Bronte 15 mins further. The location of this property is ideal for reaching all of these beaches as well as Bondi via the beautiful coastal walk. The space Coogee Beach House is a contemporary beach house in a tree lined cul de sac. The house has 3 bedrooms all with queen beds. There are 2 modern bathrooms and an extra toilet off the laundry. A deck off the kitchen dining area at the rear overlooks trees and the garden. The front courtyard captures the afternoon sun. The house is cool in Summer months due to canopy of trees surrounding it, and the louvre windows provide sea breezes. In addition all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is always ample free parking in the street if you have a car. The property has 2 seperate living areas and a courtyard at the front and deck at the back, both with tables for outdoor entertaining, drinks and eating. There is a barbecue on the back deck. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is downstairs and there is an additional 3rd toilet there. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance, either up the hill to Clovelly or down the hill to Coogee with may restaurants as well, including the famous Coogee Pavillion. Coogee has many pools, rock pools as well as the beach. Gordons Bay is incredibly picturesque and much visited for it snorkelling and aqua blue water! Access is to the whole house. Coogee Beach house is in a quiet residential area with great access to both the beaches from Bondi to Coogee as well as the great restaurants, cafes and coastal walks all those suburbs have. In addition, Coogee is only 15 minutes from Surry Hills, and Paddington . If you have a car there is ample street parking. There are bus routes both up the hill on Clovelly Rd and down the hill at Coogee Bay. Please be aware a $ 800 security deposit is required to be transferred into my bank account 5 days prior to arrival. This will be transferred back into your account within 7 days of departure. Stairs from back deck to garden and from first to second level inside. No parking on property Good street parking as the property is in a cul de sac. Access to whole house. Other things to note This property is not suitable for children under 12 years. There is a $800 security deposit required into my bank account 4 days prior to arrival.
