Apartment With a Lake View and Sauna

The two-story apartment with a private entrance and balcony is located on the top of the valley, which gives our guests the most magnificent view of Lake Viljandi. Just add freshly ground coffee from the integrated machine and start your day with a smile! After a long day of sightseeing and wandering around, feel free to enjoy our sauna that fits four people easily. Our family loves animals, therefore, pets are also allowed. The space The two-story apartment has a good touch of artwork and an antique interior which adds a special nuance to the place. When you combine such amazing views and antique decor, you end up with an apartment with good energy. Other things to note Please be aware that quiet hours start from 23:00! Please take into consideration (indoors and outdoors) our neighbours. There is a fee of 25.- EUR per night for pets and this must be reported. Please clean after your pets waste. Thrash bin is located in the parking lot if you need to get rid of the waste. Only registered guests are allowed (max 4 quests + children and/or pets). Treat our home like its your own and enjoy your stay! The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 4 people. Children 0-5 are free, children aged 6-12 30.- eur and children aged 13-17 40.-eur. An additional payment of EUR 25 for using the sauna per night.
