Practical and cozy room in a quiet house that offers a lot of privacy. The room is located on the second floor. Saxion, hospital, station, shopping and going out area are in walking distance. The room is simple and small but there is everything you need for a comfortable stay! This includes: microwave, fridge, bedsheets, thea, waterboiler! The space The accommodation has 5 rooms divided over 2 floors and no shared spaces except the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is at the back of the accommodation about ten till 15 meters from the rooms. So you have all the privacy and can sing as loud as you want. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. A good bed, fresh laundry & towels, boiler, clean environment , some welcome snacks, fast checkin within 2 minutes you are settled and more. In general this is not really a house for socializing since there are no shared spaces except the bathroom and toilets. The kitchen and garden are private. But the hall outside next to the house is shared. So for a peaceful quiet and clean house with good facilities in an amazing location location in the hart of Enschede this is your accommodation!
