The space House has a front and back garden. The front garden has a trampoline. The back garden has a gas grill and hammock. The house is located just a 5 minute walk from the area’s private beach and boat dock. It’s a great place swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, deck, and garden areas. You’re free to come and go as you please. Instructions for the door code and alarm will be provided before arrival. Other things to note ✨ A one-time cleaning fee of 500 SEK is added to each booking. This covers professional cleaning before your arrival, so you can settle in and relax. 🧺 Linens & Towels Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests can either: Bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels, or Request a linen & towel rental package for 150 SEK per guest (please book in advance) 🚲 Optional Rentals (available by request) Bicycles – 100 SEK per bike, per day Paddleboards – 150 SEK per board, per day Electric cargo bike – 200 SEK per day Fits up to 4 children (max total weight: 100 kg) Great for beach trips, town visits, or countryside rides 🧼 Before You Leave Please help us keep the home fresh and affordable for everyone by leaving it in the same tidy condition you found it 💛 We kindly ask guests to: Take out trash and recycling Remove sheets from used beds Empty the fridge of leftover food Wash any used dishes Clean up after yourselves 🐾 Pets – Small Dogs Only Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome for a 300 SEK pet fee. The backyard is fenced, but dogs must not be left alone indoors. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets (including fur and yard messes).
