Make your way through the traditional double doors and enter your chic studio, a perfectly optimised space which brings together fresh contemporary styles with vintage elements. Decked out with wooden flooring, century-old painted high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings, here you’ll find a stylish, functional and truly unique home-away-from-home. The apartment also comes equipped with an air conditioning and heating unit, ensuring you're comfortable all year round! One of our favourite features of this apartment is the open bathroom, featuring old-fashioned tiled flooring and a stand-alone tub with shower, making for a unique bathing experience! Guests will also have access to a range of toiletries as well as a separate W/C. Get set up for the day and make use of your practical kitchenette, complete with a breakfast bar and stools. Fix yourself a tasty coffee from the Nespresso machine or venture out to discover Psirri and the local cafés nearby! In this lively downtown neighbourhood, you’ll find yourself in the centre of Athens, a walk away from Monastiraki Square, Syntagma Square, and of course, the Acropolis. Discover the buzz of Psirri, its charming restaurants, cafes and vibrant nightlife, and find yourself in a well-connected location for exploring other areas, with bus stops and metro stations located minutes away. Guest access Settle in and enjoy full access to the 63m² of this self-contained studio, composed of a living and sleeping area, en-suite open bathroom, separate W/C and kitchenette. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and will also have exclusive access to the patio that the studio opens out to. We understand that reliable WiFi is essential for all guests, particularly our visitors on business - so rest assured that the apartment has exceptional WiFi service, and you will be provided with the details upon arrival. Other things to note - Although well-equipped for cooking up a quick breakfast and home-made snacks, the kitchenette does not feature a ventilator, and so is not best-suited for lavish feasts. However, with 300+ restaurants at your doorstep, this is all the more reason to try out Psiri’s local eats! - There is no washing machine in the apartment, however there is a laundromat located 6 minutes walk away. - For safety reasons, the windows facing the street do not open, however the apartment is well ventilated and you may open the balcony doors. - Guests will have the unique opportunity to stay in a preserved Neo-Classical architectural structure, designated as such by the Greek Ministry of Culture.
