The home is primarily one story, with the exception of the fourth bedroom, a spacious second-story loft featuring two king beds, a comfortable sitting area, and a full private bath. The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a gas stove, double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker (filters provided). TVs are located in the living room, all bedrooms, and the rec room, each with local channels and access to your favorite streaming services. Just bring your passwords and enjoy Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Starz, Prime, and more—just like home. Every bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a full-length mirror. The sun truly shines brighter in Charleston, and we want you to enjoy every minute of it! Guest access House has keyless smart lock entry with code given before checkin. Our home is central to the beaches, downtown, the interstate, the airport, shopping and much more. Garage is not included in the rental but there are four spots in the driveway and all guests must use this space for parking. Parking on the street is not allowed by the town for vacation rentals. Maximum occupancy: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. No additional guests or visitors without prior approval. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Please leave the home in reasonably clean condition.
