You’ll also be close to the beach, restaurants, markets, and all the local conveniences. The space The building has five floors, with the main entrance located at the middle level. From there, there are two floors above and two below. The apartment is on the ground floor, two levels below the main entrance. This level has only two apartments, offering a calm and private setting. Each apartment enjoys its own private garden seating area, separated by a wooden fence perfect for relaxing outdoors. Inside, the apartment features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bright and cozy living room with a sofa and Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals during your stay. Guest access All the parts of the apartment are accessible to guests Other things to note The city center is about 10 minutes drive (around 30 minutes walking) The apartment is located uphill, with approximately 250 meters of uphill road if you’re walking—worth knowing if you plan to explore on foot. Three parking spots are available on the property for our guests. Please note that during high season, these spaces are shared and may occasionally be occupied by other guests, so availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
