This is an 'unplugged' property to encourage couples and families to reconnect, also great for travelers and singles to unwind. Great for small groups of friends (1-5), scrapbooking parties, Bible studies, retreats, etc. Farm fresh eggs are provided for every guest! Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining in. Large outdoor space, fully fenced, with seating to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the farm experience -- the horse and donkey are like two ornery brothers, they are always up to something funny. Poultry, and cows (seasonal), are on site for viewing. A nice place for family in town for funerals, reunions, weddings, festivals, sporting events. Couples retreat here to reconnect and spend quality time together away from it all. One new queen bed. Daybed (trundle) is two twins or converts to a King. We can provide an air mattress for sleeping up to 5 people. (Please note: the bathroom is off of the daybed room.) Guest access Guest have access to the entire Guest House, fenced yard, large parking area. Other things to note Check in and out times are flexible, with approval by owner. Smoking and open fires prohibited. Pets are by approval only, and must be potty trained, clean, and have good manners. No puppies or vicious animals allowed. If pets need to be left alone, they must be crated indoors. There is a $40pet fee, just add your pet when booking (2 pet limit unless specifically approved by Host). May not be suitable for small children as the house is full of antiques and collectibles. House sits right on Highway 81; very convenient location and easy for RVs, moving vans, etc. However, note there may be highway noise. Maximum stay is 7 days. No monthly or long-term renters.
