Villas of Ocean Gate

Our Villa is located in a resort containing 2 swimming pools, heated jetted spa, tennis courts, a pond, plus private beach access if you are not driving onto the beach. In addition to Butler Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway is just minutes away, and historic St. Augustine is approximately 7 miles. You're in the heart of vacation paradise here, so whether your passion is golf, water sports, nature, shopping, sightseeing, or simply basking on the beach, you've come to the right place! The space When you enter, the first thing that strikes you is the soothing, comfortable décor. Bamboo wooden floors, plank flooring and tile. Silently turning ceiling fans, and long sun-drenched windows all contribute to the light, relaxing feel of this villa making it amazing. Our open-plan living and dining area promotes togetherness and fun. The living room contains double glass doors onto a small balcony seating two, a Flat Screen TV with a Blue Ray player. There is also a sofa and 2 chairs with ottomans. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day at the beach, or sightseeing. If part of your group wants to use their personal laptop or I-Pad, you have private free high speed wireless Internet at this villa for everyone to enjoy! We also have a breakfast bar in the kitchen which has four tall bar stools to use for meals and a tall table with a butterfly leaf with seating for an additional 6 persons. In this way, the entire group can sit comfortably together. The chef is kept happy in our kitchen at your vacation villa. There's a view straight through the living area to outdoors, which is most refreshing when you're cooking. We've stocked our kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and gadgets you'd need to fix just about anything -- all you need are groceries! We find that the most popular items are the microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, small coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. The restaurants around the Villas of Ocean Gate offer delicious food as well. Restaurant suggestions can be tailored for you on request. Brochures will be provided to inform you of local things to do. Stock up on drinks and snacks and chances are you've got everything you need for the perfect vacation! This is our home away from home. We have updated the shower doors, sofa bed, master bed, flooring, and Tesla charger. We truly enjoy every minute we spend here and hope you do too! Guest access When it's time to sleep, you'll really appreciate the comfort. Our bedrooms cater to a great night's sleep, and we think you'll like all the beds as well as the soothing décor. We've provided all the linens, pillows, and blankets as needed, as well as towel sets for the 2 full bathrooms. The large master bedroom contains a king-sized bed with a new temper-pedic mattress that can only be described as heavenly, as well as his-and-her nightstands and closets and plenty of storage space. There is also a 48 inch flat screen TV, Blue Ray and DVD player, and an I-Pod docking station for your convenience! The second bedroom contains two full size beds, comfortably sleeping 4 in a light, sun-washed space. We have added two new temper-pedic mattresses in this bedroom as well as a flat screen TV. The third sleeping area contains a sleep sofa with our fourth flat screen TV. All the details that make or break a good vacation are provided here at the villa. Your vehicle stays safe and cool in our garage, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and umbrellas are available to use. Your clothes stay fresh and dry in our full size washer and dryer. This is truly a place to walk right in and feel completely at home! The Villas of Ocean Gate complex is attractively landscaped and pleasant to walk. The beach access is itself a lovely stroll, and the sands are pristine. You'll love greeting each new day on Butler Beach, and returning each evening to your snug haven at your vacation villa.
