This apartment has just been refunished March 2022, it is located on the first floor of the building which has an elevator and consists of three bedrooms, one ensuite and a main bathroom, comfortable living/dining room with a balconie on this side of the apartment. The apartment benefits from air conditioning and central heading The living room is light and airy with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, Smart TV, Sliding doors take you to the balcony which has a table and chairs for those early evening cocktails. The kitchen has all that you would need for a self catering holiday, with oven, hob, fridge freezer kettle, iron, microwave, cutlery, crockery and glasses. The bedrooms sleep 5 people easily with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The main bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe with an ensuite with a bath, with shower over, w.c. and wash hand basin. The second double bedroom consists of twin beds, the third bedroom being a single. The main bathroom has a shower, wash handbasin and w.c. This apartment is a great place for families or a group of friends. The location and the price make it a great choice and a central point to take advantage of all that Sitges has to offer – the fabulous beaches, the restaurants, the bars and nightclubs. Painting and repair work will soon take place on the outside building. The railway station is a short 5 minute walk away where you can catch a train to the vibrant city of Barcelona.
