This 26 m2 studio designed for a maximum of two people is close to the Palais des Congres, the sea, restaurants, shops, bars, train station, cinemas, shopping. Very cozy with a very nice terrace in summer. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. maximum. Beyond that, you will need to add 50 euros. The space I really hope you will find what you need to make you happy in this studio. Very convenient and so nice to have lunch or relax on the terrace. Sorry , but it is a no- smoking place. It is only for two people. Thank you so much. Guest access The bus stop that comes from Nice airport is at Cannes train station, stop before the terminal. You have the choice of taking the subway. You find it in the station where there is an elevator. When you look at the parking lot (Saint Nicolas) on your right, take the second street on your right which is Avenue Maréchal Galliéni and it is at 18. Or cross the fast lane, just behind the train station, take Avenue Carnot to Place Vauban, then turn right, the street that goes up, Rue André Chaud, turn right on Rue Jean Goujon, then right on Rue du Maréchal Galliéni, the building is at 18-20. You can rent a parking space at Parking Saint Nicolas at the end of Boulevard Marechal Galliéni (1 Rue Mimont) with attractive packages. Other things to note Dear travelers, it is a no smoking place. After 10 PM and til ,12, itis charged 50 euros. For travelers who stay one month, a cleaning is offered after 15 days of renting, change of sheets, towels, checking of possible problems.
