The home offers six distinct sleeping areas and plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Key Features: Two separate living rooms for relaxation and entertainment. A well-equipped kitchen with a large island, Keurig coffee machine, rice maker, and spacious freezer. Converted garage game room with a ping pong table, pool table, and darts. Dedicated workspace for remote work or study. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video, plus a DVD player with movies, and a Bose Bluetooth sound system. Free in-unit washer and dryer. Selection of board games and children's dinnerware. Sleeping Areas: Upstairs Bedroom with Queen bed and a private balcony. Two Bedrooms on the first floor with Queen Beds. Queen Sofa bed in the upstairs living area. Queen Sofa bed in the downstairs living area. Queen-size futon in the Game Room. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home and its exclusive amenities. Your retreat includes: The entire two-story cabin. A private hot tub for your exclusive use. A fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor fire pit. Ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, RVs, and boats. Please note: To help us keep the cabin ready for our own family visits, the upstairs bedroom closet and kitchen pantry are locked for personal storage. However, a full dresser and a rack with hangers are provided in the upstairs bedroom for your convenience. Other things to note - Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent to you at the time of booking for your review and electronic signature. - Check-In/Out Times: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee of $75 each. Please request this at least 24 hours in advance, as it is subject to housekeeper availability. - Trash Disposal: If you are staying on a Monday night, we kindly ask that you bring the trash cans to the street for Tuesday morning pickup. Extra Bedding Locations: - Upstairs Sofa Bed: All linen and pillows are in the window seat to the left of the dining table. The items in the right window seat are our personal belongings. - Downstairs Sofa Bed: Bedding is located inside the coffee table/trunk, and pillows are in the closet with an extra blanket. - Game Room Futon: Bedding is located in the closet in the Game Room by the pool table.
