Charming little cabin in a peaceful area surrounded by trees. This special little home away from home now has a brand new game room with a futon that converts into a queen bed. There are a total of 5 beds at this cozy little cabin. *** 3rd Bedroom coming soon!! *** The space You have use of the entire cozy cabin. The upstairs bedroom closet & pantry are locked with our personal stuff inside so we can come enjoy the house too. There is a full dresser and rack with hangers for your use in the upstairs bedroom . In the kitchen, the top two shelves in the island are empty to store your dry goods. There are board games in the entertainment center in both living rooms as well and a DVD player with some movies. There are also some board games in the entertainment center in the game room. The garage has been converted into a Game Room with a ping pong table, pool table, darts, and other games with a futon that converts into a queen bed making 5 beds available for your use. Guest access There is RV and boat parking. Walking distance to hiking trails and a local coffee shop. Bring all your toys (side by side/snow machines) we are located next to BLM land with lots of fire roads and trails. Other things to note - All the linen/bedding for the sofa bed upstairs and pillows are in the window seat to the left of the dining table. - The bedding for the downstairs sofa bed is in the coffee table/trunk and the pillows are located in the closet with an extra blanket. - Bedding for the futon in the Game Room is located in the downstairs bedroom closet. - Please pick up after your dogs. There will be a fee of $25 if the housekeeper has to pick up doggie doo doo. - Do not allow your pets on the furniture. *** Property Use/ Occupancy Tax Fee will be charged at time of booking, if it was not charged at time of booking, a separate request will be sent. The amount of tax is 11% that gets paid to the county quarterly. ***
