Welcome to our 120 m2 house with its 16 m2 terrace in the heart of Paris! Full of charm, contemporary, atypical and very spacious, the house is intended for a family looking for calm, generous spaces, light, greenery and the soul of the place. Warning: the stairs are without guardrails, not safe for a baby, and possible allergen traces (dog hair). The space Our house is nestled in a backyard in the middle of the vegetation, with a large terrace, absolutely quiet and away from the noise of the city. In the heart of the lively 15th arrondissement, you will have at your disposal a multitude of small shops and good restaurants. You will also be within walking distance of a very large square with its fountain, 10 minutes by metro from Place de la Concorde and 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Guest access The house is accessible independently. It is located on the ground floor, behind a building. The bedrooms are upstairs. Other things to note We rent our house where we live with our children and ask for respect for the place.
