Located only 1.2 miles from the local beach, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and Moody Gardens our place gives our guest access to a tranquil beach experiences. Guest access Our space is fully equipped with and in-home washer and dryer for our guests convenience. In addition there is also public washer and dryers our guest can utilize that are provided by the community. There are multiple shared pools and a fishing dock. Other things to note It is very important that guest understand that the community has STRICT parking guidelines.
