The space 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, large common space with dining, open kitchen, and living area. Plus Bonus dormer room upstairs with 2 twin beds and half bath! Porches all around! Front Porch with seating for enjoying the morning sun. Side Porch with a bench. Back deck with a big Picnic table and Master Bedroom has a private Screen Porch that looks out at the natural pond. Upstairs Dormer Room with (2) twin beds and a half bath is a great space for kids to sleep and play! Fire Pit with benches beside the Natural pond makes for some sweet night time conversations. Wood Swingset complete with baby swing and slide. Big field perfect for soccer, kickball or races. We have a badminton set and corn hole game if you let us know, we can make that available! Guest access The entire house and most of the yard is yours to enjoy. Pull your boots on and trudge through the woods back to the train tracks, or take leisurely walks around the natural spring fed pond. The whole yard is yours to explore, except the cottage that sits to the right of the driveway as you drive in. That is our private home and studio. We'll be in and out. Other things to note The pond is spring fed and quite deep in the center. Please watch kids around the water. It is not yet fenced off, so we trust guests to watch carefully after your children.
