Cozy little house on the nicest sea room in Volda. The house is located with walking distance to the center, has a garden with evening sun and its own shoreline with a boathouse. The road that passes by is a dead end street, so there is little traffic, and a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Enjoy the marvelous view from this charming house on the waterfront of Volda. Quiet and safe neighboorhood, where you can make your evening walk or simply hang around in the garden listening to the splashing of waves while the sun sets in the fjord. The space Old house recently renovated. Two bedrooms in the main house with double-bed in each room. The twins can be separated into 2 separate beds. Stairs from the main floor up to the bedroom/bathroom and down to the laundry basement are narrow and steep. Please note that furnishing is slightly different from the photos in your listing. Three beds in the house. NB! There is no bathroom here, so one must go up to the main house to get to the toilet/shower. There is also the possibility of mattresses on the floor of the outhouse if more bed capacity is needed. The outhouse has thin walls and is uninsulated. This is an old house refurbished a few years ago. The standard is rather simple, but the view and location is superb. Two bedrooms in the main house, each with a double bed. The double beds can be seprated and used as two single beds. Stairs from main floor up to the bedrooms and bathroom are steep and narrow. Same goes for accesss to laundry-room in the basement. The furniture in the living room and sleeping room differ from the photos. Three additional beds in the boathouse. Please notice that there are no sanitary facilities in the boathouse, so guests sleeping here will have to walk through the garden to reach the bathroom in the main house. There is also a possibilty of accomodating guests in the shed with extra mattresses. The shed has thin walls and no insulation, however soul and beautiful light through the old windows is complimentary. Guest access Walking distance to the town centre, parking space for one car on the grounds. Possible to park multiple cars along the road nearby. Walking distance to town centre approximately 10 minutes. Parking space for one car at the house, additional cars can be parked along the quiet street. Other things to note Four beds in two bedrooms in the main house. Three beds in the boathouse. Possibility of additional accommodation capacity with bunk beds/floor mattress in the outhouse. The outhouse and boathouse are not insulated.
