Very nice apartment in Lisbon Center, with amazing view on the Tagus river! Located in Alfama, typical and historical area in center. Close to Portas Do Sol, Museu do Fado, and metro station Santa Apolonia. Fully renovated in 2015, with a living room and 2 bedrooms, it is very well equipped, with air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. You will be able to walk to nice places in center : Castle São Jorge, Praça do Comércio, Sé Cathedral ... And enjoy cafes & restaurants near the apartment The space The apartment is around 65m2, on the second and last floor (no elevator), it offers an amazing view on the Tagus river and Alfama. It is located in a very typical and the most historic district of Lisbon, where you will find some very beautiful sights, in terms of both architecture and landscaping ! You will stroll through the small streets of Alfama, and then, have a seat in a traditional House of Fado and listen to singers. You will enjoy a fine glass of wine while eating grilled sardines. From this apartment, you will easily capture the true spirit and timeless magic that beautiful Lisbon has to offer to all. You will easily walk to nice places such as the Castle of Lisbon (São Jorge), Praça do Comércio/Terreiro do Paço, Fado Museum, Lisbon Cathedral and of course, Lisbon downtown. The apartment has been recently renovated for your comfort, while being in a traditional area. You will be among one of Lisbon's historic residential neighbourhoods, for a nice stay in Lisbon. The living room has a large table with chairs, and also a sofa and a couch. TV and WiFi internet (optical fiber) are available. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher), and the bathroom has all you need. For your comfort, air-conditionning is available in the 2 bedrooms. The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor of the building, with no elevator. It may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues, as there are steep steps and narrow stairs to access to the apartment. Guest access The neighborhood is very famous and typical. A lot of streets are pedestrians only. A 9-minute walk from closest metro station Santa Apolonia. There are a number of viewpoints from where you can admire the city (Graça, Portas do sol...). A five-minute walk to the most famous cathedral of Lisbon, Sé cathedral. A five-minute walk to the famous St George's castle. A five-minute walk to the famous Fado Museum. A five-minute walk to a stop of the famous tram 28 circuit. A ten-minute walk to the legendary square Praca do Comerçio. A ten-minute walk to famous flea market Feira da Ladra. You will have access to a lot of restaurants, cafés, bars, all very-well rated on Tripadvisor.
