The Fitzroy Northern -A Lovely Room

This lovely room is perfect to stay and a great place to rest whilst visiting Melbourne and its Inner North. Close to everything cool, hip and groovy. Just minutes to all the best locations in the city and this side of the Yarra. The space A light and calm upstairs room. Quiet, with a comfortable single bed, fitted with fresh linen, soft pillows, white fluffy towels and lots of storage space for your things. The perfect place for you to rest. Additional toilet downstairs -Wi-Fi access (not unlimited, please respect my download limit) -downstairs living room & lounge - laundry inc. quality washing machine & dryer or outside covered courtyard clothes line. -lush leafy courtyard with outdoor furniture to sit in, or just enjoy the view from the living room. -you are welcome to teas, coffees, hot chocolate & fresh milk. - bread and spreads, yoghurt and muesli for a light breakfast. Some of Melbourne's best cafés and eateries are at an arms length from this address. I can recommend a few good ones! -my bike, helmut and lock -all day/night non-restricted free on-street parking. please note: the kitchen is not available to cook or preparing food, tho' there are many eateries close by, you are welcome to bring cooked food back to the house and warm it in the oven, microwave oven or I also have a sandwich press available. You may sit in the dinning area or even sit in the garden during warmer weather, its lovely! - During your stay There may be another tenant or guest in the other AirBnb room who may also need some consideration (including myself) re: bathroom in the morning, access to kitchen, laundry….. As I work locally and my hours are varied and flexible, I am often in and out or close by. Im usually just a phone call away and happy to help you with any enquiries. When Im home, I like to relax or sometimes Im busy potting around or just happy to share a cup of tea and a quick chat in passing... Other things to note I love having people around. You are my guest and I welcome you here in my home. My aim is to make your stay a comfortable one. Please consider the other guest/tenanat, our routines and the space.
