St Paul Chapel, atypical cottage, magnificent view

The St Paul Chapel was the religious building of the "Villa St Paul" hotel, a local stone building, built in the 1920s. A family heirloom, we completely renovated it in 2016. It has a magnificent terrace overlooking the Cerdagne valley and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. It is located 300 m from the ski lifts in the city center of the resort of Font Romeu. The space This resort has been specially designed for conviviality. It accommodates up to 6 adults (3 double beds) and 4 children (2 bunk beds) in a space of 120 m2 on 3 levels. The entrance is through an airlock to store ski gear. On this level you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds for children, a separate toilet and a walk-in shower room. You will go up to a large "cathedral" living room with a magnificent exposed frame. This central living room of 40 m² has a table/billiards, a large TV and 2 large sofas. A nice, very friendly place to spend good evenings. There is also a small well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make good food. The basic products are there, all you have to do is replenish. Finally, on the top floor, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a small living room to spend quiet and relaxing moments. This small living room opens onto the terrace, facing south, which offers a grandiose view of the Cerdagne valley with the Sierra Del Cadi in the background. You won't get tired of the majestic sunsets! Guest access Parking at the foot of the apartment. Once the car is parked, everything is within walking distance (gondola lifts 300 m, Carrefour Market 200 m, city center 5 minutes' walk...).
