Arafel Park is a stunningly renovated original Southern Highlands 1930's estate. Proudly sitting on 2 acres of cold climate gardens, the property features a main residence and a separate servants cottage. The main house has 4 bedrooms (2 of them are adjoining) that holds 1 King bed and 3 queens. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with one King and one Queen bed. The lounge room of cottage has a daybed and a trundle or porta-cot that can be setup on request. The space Located 3 minutes drive to Bowrals Main Street, Our property and cold climate garden dates back to the early 1900's when the property was originally a large farming estate. With decades old Redwoods, Oaks, specimen trees and our stunning Pine Grove - the grounds are perfect for wedding photography and we pride ourselves on accommodating bridal parties who wish to utilise our grounds in photography. The Estate is incredibly private and secluded within 2 acres of gardens, trees and hedging. The property also features a pool for the warmer months. Arafel Park is equipped with all the luxury requirements you may need and more including - Wifi - Nespresso machines - De'Longhi appliances - Luxury bathroom amenities - King sheet sized towels - All beds have Portuguese linen, thermal weight wool down quilts and heated blankets - The main residence features 2 fireplaces, ducted underfloor ducted heating and cooling. - The cottage features a split system air-conditioning and gas fireplace - Welcome arrival basket and treats for your stay - Travel cot, single trundle beds (costs apply) and facilities/toys/bikes for younger guests available upon request. ***** THE MAIN RESIDENCE The main residence sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and features: Bedrooms: - Master bedroom with king bed - Pool view room with four poster queen bed - Double room with two plush queen sized linen beds. A privacy screen is available to separate this double room into two bedrooms. Bathrooms: - Luxury master bathroom with full sized stone bath + oversized shower + undertile heating - Second bathroom with shower + undertile heating - Powder Room - Additional pool bathroom Living spaces: - Conservatory - Formal lounge room with wood fireplace - Dining room - Informal lounge room with pot belly wood fireplace - Outdoor patio with BBQ facilities Facilities: - Fully equipped Chefs kitchen with Miele and De'Longhi appliances - Designer laundry with washer + dryer ***** THE SERVANTS COTTAGE The cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and features: Bedrooms: - Master cottage bedroom with king bed - Second bedroom with queen bed - Living room (shared space) with full sized single daybed and full sized single floor trundle. Note due to access these beds are only setup upon request, and when both are set up it is tight access in this room.
