The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 2 large living rooms. All have en-suite bathrooms. The total space of 260 SQM is divided over 2 floors. It has a kitchen and computer corner. It is about 5-10 minute walk to the center and beach of Ao Nang. The space You have 2 large living rooms (each about 100 SQM.) The first floor has a computer corner and kitchen, the 2nd floor has a bar. Both living-rooms have each a comfortable sofa set that sits 5 people each. Guest access Downstairs of the apartment is the Carnivore Steak and Grill, which entitles all guests to a 10% discount on food and drinks. You will need to take the stairs up, to reach the apartment. Other things to note We have a few house rules that we expect the guests to follow; shoes stay at the bottom of the stairs. Treat our place as you would treat your own property. As there are other hotels in our vicinity we expect the guests to keep the level of noise down after 10 pm. But most of all we want our guests to have a great time in the apartment.
