My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private. The space Situated within easy walking distance to some of the most popular vantage points on the world famous TT Course (Braddan Bridge and Quarterbridge) but also close to bus routes on the outskirts of Douglas. I will be on hand most days if any advice or help is needed and I will be more than happy to impart my local knowledge so you can enjoy the best our Island has to offer! Guest access With prior permission, guests are welcome to use the patio areas including the fire pit. Other things to note I include a welcome grocery pack which typically includes:- bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, cheese, ham, eggs, and biscuits. There is also oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tomato ketchup and mayo in the cupboard if required.
