The space This apartment is located in a 3rd floor of an XVIII century totally renovated building with elevator in the Chiado area of Lisbon. Inside the apartment You'll find all the amenities and comfort for a great short or long stay in Lisbon! From the air conditioning to the central heating passing by the small kitchen appliances like the orange juice squeezer and the toaster all was thought to maximize comfort. The apartment has a kitchenette with two electric hobbs, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. The design of the apartment makes it look like an open space, but at the same time the lounge area with dinning space, is well divided by the sleeping area by a large sliding door. There is very comfortably seating for 4/5 in the lounge, and the dinning area accommodates 4 also very comfortably. While lying in bed with the sliding door is opened, one feels very comfortable as the two spaces interconnect and follow same design lines. . The bathroom is in white Portuguese marble and boasts a large Shower enclosure as well as a window. There is a closet in the bedroom. The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines, but always keeping in mind the main features of the building and its XVIII century construction. The apartment accommodates 4 very comfortably, has a double bed in the bedroom and an oversized sofa where 2 single beds can be made. Cable TV and Wireless internet are available and complimentary. The area of Largo do Carmo and Chiado with Rua Garrett is one of the most stylish in Lisbon, and the perfect spot to stay while visiting. The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 200 meters from the apartment. This apartment's ceiling height is 2.8 meters, and has two large window doors to the balcony, as well as two other windows, one in the bedroom the other in the bathroom. Tagus River, Lisbon rooftops, are one of the main features of this amazing studio apartment. The balcony has 5 meters by 75 cm, and boasts a small dinning table for two, for al fresco dinners.
