Our newly built modern, fully-equipped house is waiting for its guests on Miskolctapolca. Because of its location, it is a perfect choice for those who would like to relax in a quiet neighbourhood close to the forest, however local tourist attractions are also easily accessible on foot. The space Our family-friendly and modern accommodation has 2 bedrooms with quality mattresses and a living room for sleeping as well. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, including a shower cabin and a bathtub. Hoover, iron and hair dryer are provided. The apartment offers cable TV and fast Wi-Fi for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, cooker, kettle, coffee maker. We are baby friendly apartment. We provide the bath with anti-slip, plastic step stool, toilet seat, high chair, cutlery, plates, glasses and cot and baby bathtub if you need. From the dining area you can enjoy sunbathing facilities on the spacious terrace and use the garden furnitures as well. In the garden there is an outdoor fireplace for barbeque. We can provide wood for the fireplace for additional fee. There is a grill tray and a bacon skewer. We have a garage for 1 car and 1 inner parking place. Additionally 2 cars can park in front of the house. The arrival time is from 16:00 to 18:00 Departure until 10:00. Other things to note The area of the gateway and the terrace is supervised by a property security camera system. 100.000 HUF caution is needed to pay at check-in which will be returned if there isn't any damage in the apartment. In the apartment and in the garden the guests can use everything like at home under the responsibility of stock and property protection. Smoking in the house is forbidden.
