The place and its surrounding are safe with 24-hours surveillance CCTV. Access to the building is via RFID dongle & Digital Lock and there is a lift in the building. The apartment comes with a Queen sized-bed and is able to host up to 2 guests. Regularly serviced air-condition in both in living room and bedroom. Fully furnished with a bathroom, basic kitchenette, 2 seater sofa, outdoor table and chairs, free to air tv channels (no cable) wardrobe, washer and dryer Basic kitchen essentials such as electric induction cooker, electric kettle, toaster, nescafe coffee machine, microwave, fridge, pots, pans and tablewares are provided. Light cooking is allowed in the studio apartment. Do kindly clean up after cooking. Internet WIFI and TV provided.
