The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest. Guest access The rented part of the house is only for the guests. Other things to note The basic price refers to an occupancy of 2 people per day. Each additional person is €10. Linen package (bedding, 1 large and 1 small towel) €15 per person, but you can also bring it yourself. Cleaning fee €60. Security deposit: 300€ Since we live in the other half of the house ourselves, we are usually there to welcome our guests. If this is not the case due to vacation, we will make sure that someone else will step in for us or we will deposit the key in a key safe.
