Centrally located, just few minutes from CA D'ORO (vaporetto stop) and the RIALTO fish market. The apartment is within walking distance of two well-stocked supermarkets. Other things to note I ask you to inform us of your arrival time in Venice upon receipt of reservation confirmation in order to have the apartment ready and welcome you on time. Check-in is at 14:30 and Check-out limit time is at 11:00 am. However, should the apartment be available the day before or after, we will be pleased to consider your needs. All arrivals after 20.30 will have an extra charge of 30 Euros as a “late arrival” fee, and arrivals after 23.30 an extra charge of 50 Euros.
