Approx. 45 minutes to city center of Gothenburg and 30 minutes to charming Varberg or the shopping mall Gekås in Ullared. Approx. 50-60 minutes to Landvetter airport. Fully-equipped house staying at the end of the road. The space The house has an open floor plan with a sleeping area and a social area. Dining area for 8 people and sofa set with two sofas and sea view. Built-in speakers in all social rooms and bathrooms are available The house offers a larger bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and two smaller rooms with a 120 cm and a 105 cm bed. Crib available on request. There is a very lavish kitchen equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and porcelain for 8 people. Appliances of very high class. Everything to cook really good food if you are interested There is a bathroom with a ceiling shower. The patio has sunlight from morning to night, there is also a patio under the roof, perfectly wind-protected for windier days. Access to Broil King gas grill with 4 burners and board games as well as a large garden. There are 2 sun loungers. Changing table available on request. As well as a crib. There are planting boxes with fresh spices, lettuce, etc. that guests have free access to during their stay. There is not only a fantastic view of the sea but also a fantastic swimming area about 800 meters walk from the house. The house has its own entrance, terrace and parking for several cars. You can also get access to free parking at the beach if you want to take the car down. Down at the beach, yoga is offered for a small fee 2 mornings a week during the summer, a perfect start to the day. Grocery store (Coop) is 2 km away, where there is also a small cozy barn that sells flowers, fruits and vegetables from the area.
