Quaint Space - Near Downtown & Broncos Stadium

Whether you're in town for work, or for play, everything is just minutes away! Walk to the Broncos Stadium, Union Station, and some of Denver's best breweries, restaurants and more! This victorian home is the perfect jumping off point to explore Denver. Cozy space to come home to and relax after a long day. The space This space is in the downstairs unit of the house. The owners live in the upstairs unit with their dog Marble. The space is completely separate, with a separate entrance, however you do share the garden with the upper unit. Size: The total square footage is about 600 sq. ft, so the space is small. Noise: As you are in the downstairs unit, you might hear people walking around in the upstairs unit. Parking: There is a spot reserved for one small vehicle (sedan sized) in the back of the house by the garage. Guest access Guest have access to the front and back yard, along with the back patio. These are also shared spaces with the people in the upstairs unit. Other things to note If you are here during the weekend, we recommend checking out a nearby farmers market on 38th st. (Sunday) or at Union Station (Saturday). A few blocks from our house, on 25th st. (in between Clay and Federal) there is a cute strip of shops and restaurants, including a delicious coffee shop.
