Suite Prendiparte is a recently renovated three rooms holiday flat, spacious and very quiet. We are here in the heart of Bologna, just a stone's throw from the worldwide famous Two Towers, superbly located for cultural sites, traditional shops and culinary destinations of the old town. The space A spacious 3-rooms apartment, comfortable and quiet, recently renovated and finely decorated. The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts to guarantee you a pleasant stay. It can host maximum 3 people: by request a crib for babies is available. Entrance in a living-room with a super-equipped kitchen (gas burner, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) and a square-extendable dining table. There is a small corridor to reach the two rooms, elegantly decorated with vintage elements. One is a comfortable standard double bedroom while the other is a single room with a french sofa-bed and a TV corner. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, under-floor heating, bathroom with comfort shower and broadband Wi-Fi connection. Guest access The flat is located on the second floor in a typical early 1900s building, without elevator. It can host visiting tourists as well as professionals for short stays. The price listed is for the entire apartment and only for the guests who have reserved: it includes kitchen equipment and appliances, coffee machine, hair dryer, bed and bathroom linen. Other things to note Upon arrival, a welcome kit awaits you with courtesy bathroom products, sanitized towels (three of different size, per person) with organic certification. The kitchen is ready for use with a kit of single-dose products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Nutella, honey, sugar, tea, coffee capsules). The apartment is located in a Controlled Traffic Zone.
