In the heart of the Smokies with mountain views in a beautiful country setting! This beautiful cottage comes with a private bathroom and deck overlooking the Valley floor and the Great Smoky Mountains. The space Right at entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance! And yes, cottage has has a private jacuzzi tub inside in your private bathroom. BUT JUST LIKE in a HOTEL outside we have ONE pool and ONE hottub for all guests. Needless to say we don't have 12 pools and 12 hottubs, just one of each for ALL guests lol. Although the pool and outside hottub are CLEARLY listed as shared, you guys won't believe how many people actually ask if they can have the pool or outside hottub just to themselves lol.. We are just one and a half miles down the road from entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and first trail heads with amazing hiking and views! There is so much more when you stay in our cozy little cottage! Not only that but our story book setting with country life including rabbits, horse, chickens, etc., make for an unforgettable experience. Complimentary access to our mini-resort amenities including pool and hottub. Needless to say, just as in a hotel the pool and Hottub is shared and available for all guests. We do not have 12 pools nor 12 hottubs on our property. Other things to note During the Winter months Jan 1st-March 15th there is a one time fee of $10 to use the Hot tub throughout your stay. You must notify us and pay the fee at least 3 days prior to arrival. Pet owners: Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival. There is a $60 fee per pet. There is a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival the pet will not be allowed to stay. Guest is responsible for any property damage incurred during stay. Pet deposit and fee is due immediately upon arrival. We should not have to ask for it. There is a 250 feet walk from parking area.
