It is easy to access and is approx. 1 hours’ drive from Johannesburg. With its own private boat launching area and private jetty it is ideal for enjoying fishing and all types of water sports. The magnificent gardens of this 10 acre property are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the river frontage. The space Full use of the main house and entertainment areas. The house if well equipped with pool, jetty and boat launching area and a great bar and pool room for entertaining. The house is suitable for small conferences and group getaways. There is an Estate Manager who lives on the property in a separate Estate Managers House. The Estate Manager will be available should any assistance be required. There is a Houseman and Gardner who live on the property. The houseman will assist with the daily cleaning, making of beds and washing of dishes. Guest access The pool and the river frontage are not fenced. It is the responsibility of the persons renting the property to supervise all water activities and the host or any of their employees will not be responsible for any injuries that might occur. Guests will be required to sign indemnity forms that indemnify the host and their employees against any injuries or death that might occur while the guest is visiting the property. The launching of boats will only be allowed if the person responsible for the boat has the required skippers and boat licence.
