A two-storey house of 180 sq.m. in the very center of Valdai. Only for a QUIET family vacation. A house with a history: Built by the People's Artist of the RSFSR Abdulov A.G. Films such as Next and Loser were shot in this house. The artist himself and his friends, including famous actors, loved to relax and spend time here. We also preserved the interior and the artist's favorite items. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a cozy seating area with access to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the embankment and Valdai Lake. Comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people. The house has 5 bedrooms! The house has Wi-Fi, TVs, and a Smart TV in the lounge area. Gas heating, hot water, drinking water filter. We provide bed linen, towels, barbecue, dishes, kitchen utensils, baby crib. The house is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking spaces for 4 cars. We are happy to tell you all about the nearest stores, including those with farm products, as well as about attractions, museums and picturesque places. In front of the house there is a promenade with hiking areas and in June a modern children's playground opens. There is a swimming place 100m from the house. The price may vary depending on the days of the week, holidays and time of year. The presence of pets is discussed separately.
